Integrated Marketing Project Manager - Growth Marketing Agency
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Project Manager to join our growth marketing agency. In this role, you will lead project management for integrated marketing programs we work on for our enterprise and emerging growth customers. Your ability to work with internal and external teams to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing programs while ensuring efficiency and operational excellence will be crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple concurrent projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and account managers
- Ensure seamless data integrity and connectivity across all marketing channels (paid media, email nurture, publisher programs, website CX, analytics platforms, etc.) to optimize campaigns based on program KPIs
- Develop and execute project plans, adapting them to meet evolving project needs and requirements
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct effective internal and external status meetings, capturing meeting notes and action items and drive follow-up
- Evaluate work requests, assign responsibilities, and schedule action items accordingly
- Provide regular updates on marketing campaign progress to internal and client marketing leadership
- Handle escalation, issue reports, and change orders for marketing projects
- Review work before delivery, coordinate internal reviews, and implement quality assurance efforts
- Conduct retrospectives and share valuable lessons learned with the team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster strategic and creative thinking
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest effective solutions
- Provide project management support for presentations and meetings as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in B2B experience executing integrated marketing programs (ideally have deep ABM experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent project management, and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, growth-oriented company

- Experience with Demandbase/6Sense-based ABM programs
- Platform understanding of MOPS (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo) and SFDC
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience managing integrated marketing projects with a digital marketing agency or a demand-gen marketing team
- Proficiency in digital channels such as SEM, content syndication, programmatic, paid social, email nurture, publisher programs, ABM, …
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Experience with Asana or similar online project management systems
- Comprehensive understanding of the B2B sales and marketing process
- 3+ years of experience leading successful integrated marketing and/or ABM programs preferred
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSP
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA and GA4) and/or Adobe Analytics
